Hi, I’m Gina, your fitness coach.
After raising four children in Deerfield, I turned my passion for fitness into a career. I found my true calling working with adults 50+, helping them stay strong, steady, and independent.
As someone over 50 myself, I understand the physical challenges that come with aging. I became a Certified Specialist in Senior Fitness and Exercise Therapy to better support my clients through mobility issues, joint pain, and post-surgical recovery.
My clients often become like family, I support them far beyond the workout.
