Functional Fitness for ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) is designed to help adults 50+ move comfortably and confidently through the tasks that make up everyday life. From standing up out of a chair to climbing stairs, reaching overhead, lifting objects, or getting in and out of the car — this program focuses on strengthening the exact movements you rely on daily.
Every exercise is practical, gentle, and tailored to your abilities, ensuring you gain strength and stability where you need it most. The goal isn’t athletic performance — it’s maximizing comfort, safety, and independence in real-life situations.
