About Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

This Post-Surgical Rehabilitation program is designed for adults 50+ who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as knee replacements, hip replacements, shoulder procedures, or other mobility-impacting operations. The goal is simple: help you heal safely, rebuild strength, and regain confidence in your movement — without rushing your body or causing strain.

Each session focuses on gentle, targeted exercises that restore mobility, improve joint function, and support the muscles surrounding the affected area. All movements are adapted to your current stage of recovery, ensuring a safe, comfortable experience every step of the way.
